Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and responsible Server to join our team at chubby cattle . This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent

customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations

Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and company policies

Communicate effectively with teammates and managers

Support opening/closing procedures

Handle guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and professionalism

Perform well under high-pressure, high-volume conditions with a positive

attitudeQualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality; BBQ or

Japanese cuisine experience preferred

Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining

experiences

Flexible availability, including late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus

Must be authorized to work in the United States
