Server/Host/Expeditor

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience, whether by delivering food promptly or warmly welcoming them at the front of the house.

Duties

• Greet guests, providing a welcoming and efficient start to their dining experience.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure all dishes are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to keep orders flowing smoothly.
• Support guest satisfaction by answering questions and addressing requests.
• Help with restaurant setup and closing duties, ensuring a seamless operation.
• This is NOT a bartender role which is staffed separately by 14th Star Brewing.
• Must be able to work lunch shifts Thursday & Friday (starting at 11 am) in addition to evenings & weekend shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills. (if you don't like people or like working with people this is not the job for you)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Experience in catering or food truck operations is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.21 - $28.00 per hour
