Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that our patrons receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using our POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet food safety standards.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
