Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Assist in food preparation tasks, including plating and garnishing dishes to ensure presentation standards are met
• Support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and handling basic food prep tasks
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain hygiene standards
• Manage serving duties efficiently, including taking orders, delivering meals promptly, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Keep the dining area tidy and well-stocked throughout service hours
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods and support overall restaurant operations

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is advantageous
• Basic math skills for handling bills, orders, and cash transactions confidently
• Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating an interest in food preparation and presentation
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry

Pay: £8.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
