What they need
- Deliver high standards of performance, stability, backward compatibility, and developer experience across the Serverless Framework and backend APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes rather than just addressing symptoms.
- Experience with services common to serverless architectures, such as API gateway
- Experience in managing, securing, and optimizing an organization's data within cloud-based storage platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
- Should have managed IAM (Identity and Access Management) roles and permissions for your application's service accounts and users to ensure secure and controlled access to other GCP services and resources.
- Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems
- Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
- Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
- Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
- English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
- Infrastructure Certifications related to Serverless
- Cloud Certifications related to GCP ACE
