Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions when needed
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear tables promptly and reset dining areas to prepare for new guests
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate timely order delivery and address special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations, ensuring food safety standards are upheld
• Support delivery drivers when necessary, assisting with order pickups or guest inquiries

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality & restaurant service is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper handling techniques
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences
