Servers AM and PM

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, especially during banquets or catering events.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.

Requirements

• Previous Serving experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Excellent sales skills with a focus on upselling beverages and promoting specials.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in food handling, catering, or banquet services is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
