Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server & Bartender, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair
• Develop beverage recipes and enhance the bar menu to delight guests with innovative drinks
• Ensure proper food handling, safety standards, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
• Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Assist in bar management tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining a lively bar atmosphere

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues preferred
• Strong bartending background with cocktail mixing, mixology skills, and spirits knowledge required
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Knowledge of wine service, beverage recipe development, brewing processes, and craft beer trends beneficial
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures essential
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage diverse guests
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks
