SERVERS & BARTENDER NEEDED

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Servers and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards
• Engage with guests to recommend menu items, promote specials, and enhance their dining experience
• Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in beverage recipe development and experiment with new drink creations to delight customers
• Handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Experience in bartending or mixology, including cocktail preparation and spirits knowledge
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential
• Knowledge of fine dining service, wine pairing, craft beer, and beverage presentation enhances your candidacy
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Customer service background with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
• Experience in bar management or nightclub environments is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding for sales promotion, and food handling certifications are beneficial
