Server's Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our fine dining establishment. In this role, you will work closely with our servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes.
• Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Provide attentive guest services, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings to assist guests with their selections effectively.
• Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Skills

• Experience in fine dining settings is preferred, showcasing an understanding of upscale service standards.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards.
• Exceptional hospitality skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
