Server's Assistant

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Server Assistant and play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests at our restaurant. As a Server Assistant, you will support the seamless flow of service by assisting servers, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in delivering guest needs to guests' tables.
• Help ensure that all orders are complete and accurately presented before serving them to guests.
• Communicate effectively with the servers to address any guest inquiries or special requests.
• Uphold food safety standards and proper handling procedures throughout the serving process.
• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and assisting colleagues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas to uphold hygiene standards.

Experience:

• Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and team members.
