Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations to enhance their experience
• No need to run the food. We have food runner robots
• Serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction through friendly suggestions
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, retail math, and grocery store transactions
• Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and serving in a café or retail environment is a plus
