We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant food and beverage team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow
• Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables during busy hours effectively

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Proven ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through excellent customer service skills
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Background in hospitality or guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting are essential
