Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing and food handling tasks, and ensure the dining area remains inviting
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely service in a fast-paced environment
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction in both fine dining settings and lively nightlife venues such as nightclubs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation is desirable but not required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; familiarity with upselling techniques beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic environment

Pay: From $12.77 per hour
