Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcome and valued. Your ability to manage time effectively, handle cash transactions, and promote menu items will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their choices.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing payments.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.

Pay: $12.77 - $30.00 per hour
