Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and efficiently, creating a positive first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items and recommend wine pairings or specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable visit

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, cafes, or nightlife venues preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required
