We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position offers an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a courteous manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
• Serve meals, drinks, and other items efficiently and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and set appropriately for new guests
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Manage tips effectively, with an average earning potential of $10-$20 per hour depending on performance and customer generosity

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
