Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant food service team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and assisting with food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary tasks
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling and storage protocols
• Manage time effectively during busy service periods to serve guests promptly
• Support team members with general restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a café, retail store, or grocery setting is beneficial
• Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and managing retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
