Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring the BEST service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Food and Beverage Service: Provides food and beverage service to club members and guests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Table Setting and Order Taking: Follows club guidelines for table setting, order taking, and serving.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ensures safe and sanitary handling and storage of food products.
• Shift Duties: Assists in opening and closing duties for each shift, including dining setups like buffets.
• Interaction: Engages with members and guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience and addresses any concerns.
• These responsibilities may vary slightly depending on the specific country club, but they generally encompass the core duties expected of a server in this environment.

Requirements

• Providing food and beverage service to club members and guests in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
• Arriving on time and in proper uniform.
• Attending pre-shift meetings daily.
• Setting tables, taking orders, and serving meals and drinks according to well-established rules of etiquette.
• Being neat and well-groomed in accordance with the country club's standards.
• Working effectively with coworkers and other team members.
• Adhering to the membership's requirements and policies set by the Board of Directors.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
