Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary experience when applicable.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Experience in upselling and sales techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work in quick service & fast food restaurant environments is beneficial.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are required.
