Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests while efficiently managing multiple tables and sales transactions. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks or premium dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support bussing or host/hostess duties to ensure smooth operations

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs seamlessly
• Culinary experience or food handling knowledge that supports safe food practices and sanitation standards
