Servers

We are looking for an enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest experience. Good servers will be able to create a welcoming atmosphere exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve appetizers and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Enter orders on POS system and process guest checks
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Duties:

• Taking orders
• Delivering food
• Serving alcohol
• Prep or side work
• Preparing bill and processing payment
• Reconciling daily cash transactions

Desired Skill(s):

• Handling cash accurately
• Processing credit cards
• Using Point of Sale software
• Making change accurately
• Operating a variety of equipment, such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
