Overview
We are seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Servers, one full time one part time to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Provide attentive guest service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables, utensils, and stations.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to ensure compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling strategies will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Good communication skills, coupled with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately.
• Experience in kitchen environments or culinary roles is a plus but not mandatory. Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
