Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation and setup to support kitchen operations when needed
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, demonstrating excellent guest service skills
• Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety practices, and basic food preparation
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and order processing
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, supporting smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Exceptional time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences and promoting menu offerings

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
