Server/Steward

Duties and Responsibilities

Server Duties:

• Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Set up and clear tables before and after guest use.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and properly.
• Assist guests with their requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen regarding orders and special requests.

Dishwashing Duties:

• Wash and sanitize plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned before use.
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Properly segregate and dispose of food waste and garbage.
• Maintain adequate supply of clean dishes and utensils during operations.
• Handle kitchen equipment and cleaning materials properly.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month
