Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation, serving, and handling.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist in setting up dining areas, refilling supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills while maintaining excellent guest service.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred ; enthusiasm for learning is most valued.
• Familiarity with serving procedures, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with guests confidently.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and order management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
