Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons receive high-quality service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Strong communication skills for effective guest relations and teamwork within the restaurant environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
