Job Requirements:

• Provide excellent, efficient & courteous customer service
• Open Table and POS knowledge a plus.
• Responsible for providing prompt, efficient, courteous customer service.
• Knowledge of all food & Beverage terminology, steps of service & safety and sanitation standards.

As a Server/Waiter, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems and food handling to efficiently take orders and serve meals. Your expertise in time management and culinary experience will enable you to provide timely service while ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, collaborating with kitchen staff to meet guest expectations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process for guests.

• Hospitality: 1 year (Required)
