Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant and nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any questions about the menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a busy kitchen setting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
