Nowhere Bar is Celina’s newest go-to spot for great food, strong drinks, and a laid-back desert-dive vibe. We run on speed, consistency, and exceptional hospitality. Behind the bar or out on the floor, the mission is simple: keep things moving and make sure every guest leaves happy.

Overview
We’re recruiting servers who can juggle tables, sprint through a buzzing room, and still smile like a pro. You’ll master our food and beverage menu, suggest the perfect burger-and-boozy-shake pairings, and keep tabs on the “to-go” window so take-out guests feel the love too. Quick thinking, initiative, and a positive attitude are must-haves—because when the bar is three-deep, you’re the calm in the storm.

Duties

• Provide friendly, attentive service to both dine-in and to-go guests
• Take accurate food and drink orders, offer thoughtful menu suggestions, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain strong knowledge of the full menu, including food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
• Monitor and manage the to-go window, ensuring fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction
• Keep the service floor, stations, and to-go areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Accurately process transactions using Square POS; handle cash and card payments responsibly
• Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to management as necessary
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to maintain smooth service operations
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including TABC compliance
• Remain calm, efficient, and professional under pressure, particularly during peak hours
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a high-volume setting
• Familiarity with POS systems (Square preferred) and basic cash-handling procedures
• Understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
• Previous food service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• TABC certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
