Server/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service in our fine dining establishment.

Duties

• Greet guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast system.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure all tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing guest checks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service in a hospitality-focused setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
