Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience

• Guide guests through the omakase experience, explaining dishes and answering questions about the menu

• Anticipate guests’ needs and address any concerns promptly and professionally

• Work closely with the kitchen and sushi bar team to ensure smooth service flow

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, service areas, and bar spaces

• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently

• Uphold health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• 2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment (experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and sake (training will be provided)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Professional demeanor with a positive and team-focused attitude

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must have or be willing to obtain required food handling certifications
