Server/Waiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred

• Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies

• Handling payments and making change

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Culinary or bussing experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $24.00 per hour
