Iron Forge Brewing Co. is a craft brewery located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, dedicated to providing exceptional beer, delicious food, and outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking experienced, passionate, and motivated Servers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service while ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience
Accurately take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle guest inquiries
Verify customer age and identification for alcohol service in compliance with ABC regulations
Utilize POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing
Make menu recommendations based on customer preferences
Open and maintain tabs throughout service
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and bar areas
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Work as part of a team-oriented environment to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

2+ years of serving experience, preferably in a craft beer or bar setting
Strong knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits (or willingness to learn!)
Experience using a POS system (Toast is a plus)
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must have or obtain an ABC license before starting
Must be 21+ years old (per alcohol service regulations)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally maneuver 165 lb kegs with assistance
Ability to bend, reach, and climb a ladder as needed
