Job Summary

Kargeen Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, well-mannered, and customer-focused Waiters / Servers to join our food and beverage service team. The ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend dishes when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Respond to guest requests and handle complaints politely.
• Set up tables and ensure proper table arrangements before service.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene procedures, and grooming policies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Captain and F&B Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or Steward is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
