Spring by Chinamama, an upscale dining experience specializing in authentic Chinese cuisine, is looking for an experienced server to join our dynamic team. We’re passionate about delivering unparalleled service and sharing the art of Chinese culture with our guests. This role is perfect for someone who values precision, teamwork, and can thrive in a fast-paced, refined setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• As the focal point of the guest experience, provide attentive, informed service to create memorable dining moments.

• Receive dedicated support from hosts, food runners, bussers, and server assistants to ensure you have what you need to deliver the best service possible.

• Share your knowledge of beer, wine, sake, and spirits, and make thoughtful pairing recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with front- and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth, seamless service.

• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.

**Qualifications:**

• Prior server experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility with shifts.

• Mandarin language skills preferred, but not required.
