Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server (Potentially Front of House) to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Mediterranean Cuisine and for providing excellent guest relations and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders TOAST POS and handheld device.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to provide recommendations to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed.
• Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, following proper food safety protocols.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.

Our servers earn a base hourly wage of $11.98, with the opportunity to earn significantly more through tips. In fact, their total hourly earnings range $18-$22 per hour.
