Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You must be 18 to serve with us. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our members have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Must have availability Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday's

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a friendly and personal manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and kitchen spaces, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent guest relations at all times.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, specials, and restaurant policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and team members.
• Experience with a POS systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
