Server/Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Process customer payments using cash registers or POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Dependability is crucial for this position, our customers deserve a well staffed crew ready to create the ultimate dining experience while they are here.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is preferred
• Familiarity with POS or other restaurant management software is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
• Ability to up sell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
