We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and reliable Waitress/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and delivers exceptional service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming dining experience
- Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve orders promptly and check in with guests throughout their meal
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guests
- Process payments using POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Respond to guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
Requirements:
