Server/Waiter

Costa Del Sol is hiring friendly, dependable servers to join our team! We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, work well with others, and can stay organized in a busy restaurant.

Spanish is REQUIRED to communicate with our customers and team. $3–$5 per hour base pay + tip

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve orders and check on guests throughout their visit.
• Answer menu questions and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Process payments accurately and return the correct change.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak Spanish.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tables in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• $3–$5 per hour base pay + tip
