Server/Waiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, offer menu suggestions, and provide information about Indian dishes to guests.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with special dietary needs or allergies.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and manage POS systems.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server, waiter, or in a similar role preferred (experience with Indian cuisine is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Indian cuisine and culture to enhance guest experience.
