Server/Waitress

Overview

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our Saddle team. Our ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, works well in a fast paced environment, and knows how to create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering orders promptly, checking on tables throughout the dining experience, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized section. Teamwork is essential, and all servers are expected to help support coworkers and provide great service throughout the restaurant.

Previous serving experience is required. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliable attendance, the ability to stay organized and able to handle busy shifts.

Weekend and evening availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Handle guest payments accurately
• Keep tables, sections, and service areas clean and organized
• Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Assist teammates as needed during busy shifts
• Adhere to all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every guest

Requirements

• Previous serving experience.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable attendance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to safely carry trays, plates, and beverages
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
• Professional appearance and behavior while on shift
• Willingness to learn the menu, drink offerings, specials, and restaurant policies
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or high-volume restaurants is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $100.00 per day
