Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with sanitation standards to uphold cleanliness in all areas
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating flexibility within the food service environment

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without sacrificing quality of service
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience
• Basic math skills for accurate billing, change calculation, and inventory management
• Familiarity with food industry standards including food preparation, serving etiquette, and guest relations
