Service Admin Analyst

Peak International Group is a global leader in developing innovative gas generation solutions for analytical laboratories in a wide variety of industries including life sciences, biomedical, pharma, petrochemical and environmental. And we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Service Admin Analyst to join our Service team in Brazil

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day service coordinating schedules, managing service documentation, maintaining stock controls, and ensuring our Field Service Technicians have everything they need to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping processes organised and running efficiently.

Key Duties

• Working along teams to provide excellence in the service business.
• Services scheduling, following local procedures, ensuring best planning for service works.
• Use of CRM/SAP and utilise the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support.
• Be responsible for receive and organize service reports from FST’s
• Make sure all documents are updated and filed correctly
• Feed the Service Control sheets (Service jobs, sales, stock control)
• Separate parts and assure FST have all needed for scheduled jobs;
• Make sure all the service reports and documents are delivered by FST's;
• Be back-up & support to the general office admin requirements;
• Be responsible for stock counting to assure service physical and digital controls are matching;
• Provide monthly stock physical position to match Finance's control;
• Inform and request any special need from FST's

Key Skills required

• Administration degree will be an advantage;
• Previous experience in service administration and after sales as desired skills;
• Self-motivation, self-disciplined and with the ability to work with minimal/no supervision;
• Training and qualifications in business administration as desired skills;
• Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems;
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines;
• Quick to learn new skills/intuitive;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Mandatory language proficiency – Portuguese, English;
• Able to interface comfortably and effectively both internally and externally with a broad spectrum of personalities;
• Proactively person, ensuring that objectives and standards are achieved and formally address, quickly and constructively, in line with company procedures.
• Motivate and supportive to the teams, to realise their full potential and objectives.
• Actively seek to develop the skills and capabilities
