Service Admin Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing customer service or support
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
• Processing of warranty claim parts and parts order
• Data input to system (Salesforce & S4Hanna)
• Dispatch daily service schedule
• Processing of warranty claim parts and parts order

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and administrative duties
• Must be keen to details and well-organized
• Proficient in using MS Office tools
• Knowledge in Salesforce and SAP is a plus
• Amenable to work in Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City (near Eastwood, Bridgetowne)
• Can start ASAP
