Service - Admin Clerk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative & Excel Documentation: Prepare and issue service-related documents and maintain accurate daily repair records.
• After-Sales Service Coordination: Contact customers to gather machine information, coordinate and arrange machine collection with customers.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Providing customer support and able to communicate with customers in understanding their needs and provide support when necessary.
• Work with flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
• Able to work independently without much supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM / “O” Level or equivalent in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
