Service Admin

• Prepare and maintain service-related documents, records, and reports.
• Encode and update customer and vehicle information in the system.
• Assist in processing Job Orders (JO), invoices, and service documents.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Accounting teams.
• Monitor and organize service schedules and appointments.
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding service transactions and documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
• Ensure accurate filing and proper documentation of service records.
• Assist in monitoring service-related payments and transactions.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• With experience in administrative or automotive service operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented and team-oriented.
• Willing to work in an automotive dealership/service environment.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
