Service Admin

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally, both in person and over the phone.
• To assist in the daily administrative operations.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and monthly administrative reports.
• Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• To check Merimen system for the latest claims and payments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
• Support the team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception/front office area.
• To carry out other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Preferably with Merimen knowledge
