Service Admin

JOB SUMMARY

The Service Admin staff shall be responsible to make all the reports pertaining to Toyota Motor Philippines dealer's key performance indicator (KPI's) such as sales, unit receives and the like, the report shall be in parallel to the networks TDSP criteria requirement and he/she shall see to it that the low performances of certain requirement of TDSP activities TSM activities will be addressed immediately, call the attention of the person in charge (PIC) with regards to their performance & needs, and devised a way on how to improve the same and he/she see to it that all reports prior to its submission at TMP will be reviewed by the Service Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily coordinates with the billing staff with regards with the daily sales and units received of the service department for recording and monitoring of the dealer's key performance indicators.
• Monitors the warranty; internal, CPU's sales/units receives of the General Job/Body & Paint on a daily basis and discuss performance of the same person in charge.
• Recommends ideas and inputs on how to meet TDSP targets and TSM reqiurements.
• Interacts with TMP's Technical Fieldman to identify our dealer's needs and improvement in relation with the Networks TDSP criteria and TSM requirements.
• Interacts with the dealer's Pollution Control Officer (PCO) to support his environmental activities required by the government, justify to the management the needs and its improvement in parallel to the dealer's needs of TSM in compliance with TMP's Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Update the Service Manager with the dealer low performance and non-compliance of TDSP/TSM activities and that of his/her recommendation prior to its implementation.
• Interact and coordinate with the dealer's Systems Administrator personnel for our upcoming Dealer Management System (DMS) and its application to the Service operations. Discuss daily problem encountered of the system coordinate the same with TMP's Technical Fieldman various system glitch and be familiar with the system.
• In charge with the dealer's departmental kaizen activities.
• Attends daily 5'S circle to cascade information of the dealer activities and sees to it its strict implementation.
• Performs other job as required by his immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• SAP user is an advantage.
• Willing to be assign in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
• Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
